I believe your humanity is an asset. I don’t try to hide mine.

My lived experience is the doorway through which I learned to enter into pain, both with myself and as a path to others.

I have vastly more experience

sitting on the therapy couch as a client than I do sitting in the therapist's chair.

I’ve done the work so long sometimes I can't tell if the couch cushions sink and mold to the shape of my body, or if I walk away with their mark on me.

I likely wouldn’t be doing this work

if my lived experiences weren’t colored by deep grief, complex dynamics, steeped in nuance, oppression, and even a little poetry.

As an adoptee, I bring a keen eye to abandonment and wounds of belonging. What does belonging and attachment mean when it comes to connection?

I have hEDS, I know dismissal and disbelief. What happens when you stop trusting your own experience?

As a former worship leader, I know what it costs to lose everything you were built around. Who are you when the framework that once gave your life meaning falls apart?

I’ve known grief so long; she was once my closest companion. But what then happens to anger?

Like you, I'm a human who has experienced the brutality and beauty of life in one breath, and I'm still learning.

these experiences shape how I work.

I offer a practice that is slow, relational, and deeply respectful of what clients choose to bring and what they don'’t.

Belief, flexibility, choice, curiosity, and autonomy are the foundation. These values lie beneath every part of the collaborative care we build together.

I am genuinely fascinated by humans - by depth, by nuance, by turning over every stone - and I think that's worth something in a room like this.

Ready to see if we’re a good fit?

You don’t have to know exactly what you need from therapy before you reach out.

A consultation gives us a chance to meet, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
